1: Puff pastry (ready-made) 500g
2: Potatoes 2 medium (boiled and diced)
3: Onions 1 medium (finely chopped)
4: Chadder cheese 220g
5: Parsley 1 tsp
6: Salr 1/2 tsp
7: Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
8: Eggs 1 (beat and keep aside)
1: In a bowl, add the potatoes, season it with black pepper, salt and parsley and mix it then add the chopped onions and grated cheese. Mix until everything is combined.
2: Beat an egg and keep aside.
3: Flour the surface and roll out the pastry with a rolling pin.
4: Cut the pastry in to 8 rectangular shapes, keep all pieces aside.
5: Take one of the pieces and roll the piece again to thin it a little more.
6: Add the potatoe mixture to one half of the pastry and fold over.
7: With a folk, pinch the side together.
8: Create marks on the top of the pastry with a knife.
9: Brush the egg wash on top of the pastry to give a golden colour.
10:Pre-heat the oven 15 mins before, take a baking tray, put baking paper and then put the pastries on the top and bake it for 20 to 30 mins on 180c, gas mark 4 and 350F.
11:Once baked. Serve hot.
