To Make Kabab:
1: beef mince 1 kg (fine)
2: green chilli 1 & 1/2 tbsp (finely chopped)
3: onions 3 medium (finely chopped & squeez the water out)
4: lemon juice 2 tbsp
5: red chilli powder 1 tsp
6: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tbsp
7: crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: crushed coriander seeds 2 tbsp
10: crushed cumin seeds 2 tbsp
11: garlic 1 tbsp (crushed)
12: mint 2 tbsp
13: coriander handfull
14: maize flour 1 cup
Other Ingredients:
1: oil for frying
1: in a bowl add all ingredients under kabab, mix very well.
2: wet your palms with water and make kababs.
3: heat oil.
4: add the kababs and fry on high flame for 2 minutes and then reduce the heat to medium flame and fry them for about 7 to 8 minutes.
5: serve hot with salad, raita, roti.
