For First Marination:
1: chicken 1 & 1/2 kg (put deep cuts)
2: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
3: lemon juice 4 tbsp
For Second Marination:
1: coriander powder 1 tbsp
2: turmeric 1/2 tsp
3: crushed red chilli 2 tbsp
4: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
5: garam masala powder 1 tsp
6: hot sauce 2 tbsp
7: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
8: deggi mirch 1 tsp (or) red food colour 1/4 tsp
For Coating:
1: cornflour 2 tbsp (heaped)
1: for first marination in a bowl add chicken, salt, lemon juice mix and leave it for 2 hours.
2: for second marination add coriander powder, turmeric, crushed red chilli, black pepper, garam masala powder, hot sauce, ginger & garlic paste, red food colour mix well and leave it for 2 hours.
3: now add cornflour mix well.
4: heat oil.
5: add the chicken pieces and fry for 5 minutes without flipping it and the fry on medium flame till the chicken is tender and crisp.
6: when ready to serve sprinkle chaat masala.
7: serve hot.
