1: chana daal 250g (split chickpeas soaked in water for 8 hours)
2: salt 1/2 tsp
3: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
4: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
For Frying:
1: oil
1: wash daal and soak in water for 8 hours.
2: then drain the water, keep it on a cotton cloth wipe it well to remove water, spread it to dry the water for 15 to 20 minutes.
3: heat oil.
4: place small batches of daal in a seive and place it in the hot oil, fry on high flame till crisp and golden, keep sterring with a spoon, once fried place it on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: now add the fried daal in a bowl, sprinkle salt, red chilli, black pepper mix well.
6: serve and enjoy.
NOTE: STORE IN A AIR TIGHT BOX OR ZIP LOCK BAG.
