1: full fat milk powder 3 cups (NIDO MILK POWDER)
2: water 2 cups
3: coconut milk 1 small tin
4: semolina 1 cup
5: sugar 1 & 1/2 cup
6: vanilla essence 1 tbs
7: yellow food color 1/4 ts
8: desiccated coconut 2 cups
9: eggs 3 (beaten)
10:oil 1 cup
11: almonds 12 (sliced)
12:pisticho 15 (sliced)
1: in a large pot add all the ingredients and mix well so that they are no lumps.
2: then keep on the stove and cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes out and the mixyure leaves the pan.
3: keep stirring so that eggs do not scramble (very important).
4: then place in a dish, garnish with almonds, pistichos.
5: serve hot, warm or cut in cubes when cools down.
