1: mint leaves (podina) 1 cup
2: coriander leaves (dhania) 1 cup
3: green chillies 3 to 4
4: salt 1 ts
5: sugar 3 tbs
6: chat masala 1 tbs (national or shan brand)
7: Tamarind (imli) paste 1 tbs( mix in 1/4 cup of water)
8: yogurt 1 cup
1: grind the mint, coriander, green chillies, salt, suger, chat masala & Tamarind paste to a paste.
2: once it is grinded then add the yogurt and mix it well, keep in a air tight jar and keep in the fridge and use when required.
