Ingerdients:
1: bread slices 12(soak in water, remove and squeeze water)
2: ginger tbs
3: capsicum 1medium (chopped)
4: tomato 1 medium (deseeded and chopped)
5: bullet green chilli 2 (chopped)
6: onion 1 small(chopped)
7: fresh coriander 2tbs
8: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
9: dry fenugreek leaves1tbs
10:salt 1 1/2 tsp
11:crushed red chilli 2 tsp
12:chat masala 1 1/2 tsp
13:cumin seeds 1tbs
14:eggs 2
15:corn flour 6tbs(heaped)
16:oil for frying
Recipe:
1: soak bread in water, when gets soft remove and squeeze the water.
2: add all the ingredients with bread mix well.
3: heat the oil for frying.
4: make any size pakora and flatten them, and add them in the oil fry on medium flame till golden all around.
5: place them on paper towel to drain extra oil.
6: serve hot with any sauce you like.
