1: Gram Flour 1 cup
2: Water (little water to make batter)
3: Turmeric Powder 2-3 pinches
4: Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
5: Salt 1/2 tsp
6: Oil 2 cups
1: In a large pan add & heat oil to fry on low-medium flame.
2: Then to make the batter,add gram flour & all the spices in a bowl.
3: Then add little water and mix,it shouldn't be very thin or thick.
4: When the oil is hot add the mixture by using a Sieve spoon to make its boondi shape.
5: Don’t overlap the mixture & fry till its golden.
6: Serve & enjoy.
