1: chicken pieces 8
2: water 2 cups
3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
4: green chilli 10 (make a paste)
5: coriander powder 1 tsp
6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
7: vinegar 1 tbsp
Coating:
1: fresh bread 8 slices (grind to crumbs)
Dipping:
1: eggs 3 to 4
2: water 4 tbsp
3: salt 1/4 tsp
4: red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
For Frying:
1: oil
1: in a pan add chicken, water, ginger & garlic paste, green chilli paste, coriander powder, salt, vinegar mix and cook it on medium flame till the water dries and chicken is cooked to, leave to cool completely.
2: in a bowl add eggs, water , salt, red chilli & beat.
3: roll the chicken in the bread crumbs, dip in the egg and deep fry in the hot oil, till gets golden.
4: serve hot with fries.
