Ingerdients:
1: turmeric 1 tsp
2: cloves 12 pieces
3: nutmeg 1/2 tsp
4: mace 1/2 tsp
5: dried plums 15 pieces
6: red chilli powder 1tbs
7: green cardamom 10 pieces
8: coriander powder 4 tbs
9: salt 1tbs
10:black pepper corns 12 pieces
11:deghi mirch 4tbs
Whole Spices to Grind:
1: cinnamon sticks 2 large pieces
2: white cumin seeds 2tbs
3: green cardamom 15 pieces
4: star anise 5 pieces
5: black cumin seeds 1 tbs
6: black pepper corns 1tbs
7: cloves 1/2tbs
8: bay leaves 4
Recipe:
1: add all the whole spices and grind to make powder.
2: then add the grinned powder to the powder spices and mix well.
3: store in air tight jars.
NOTE: for 1 kg meat or chicken add 1 1/2tbs of this masala and can more salt and red chilli if require hot masala.
