For Marination:
1: beef 1 kg (cut in thin strips)
2: Bihari masala 4 tbsp (i used shan readymade)
3: thick greek yogurt 4 tbsp
4: raw papaya paste 2 tbsp or(ripe papaya paste 4 tbsp)
5: fried onions 4 tbsp
6: cashew nuts 12(crushed)
7: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
8: garam masala powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: lemon juice 4 tbsp
10: salt 1/4 tsp
11: oil 2 tbsp
For Bbq Taste:
1: coal 1
For Chutney:
1: thick greek yogurt 1 & 1/2 cup
2: green chilli 6
3: garlic 3 pieces
4: cumin seeds 1 tsp
5: salt 1 tsp
6: fresh coriander 1 tbsp
7: fresh mint 2 tbsp
For Sandwich:
1: long buns as many required
2: onion rings
3: lettuce
4: cheese slices
1: make chutney: in a blender add mint, coriander, cumin, salt, green chilli, garlic and grind to a paste.
2: mix the grinned mixture with yogurt and keep in fridge for later.
3: marinate beef with the ingredients under marination, mix well cover and leave it for 1 to 1 & 1/2 hour.
4: then heat oil 4 tbsp add the marinated meat, cook on medium to high flame till the water of the meat dries.
5: heat the coal, place on a piece of foil add little oil, cover till the smoke settles.
6: warm the buns spread chutney on both sides, lettuce, cheese, meat, onion rings and little chutney.
7: serve hot with fries and cold drinks.
