1: gram flour 1 cup
2: wheat flour 2 cups
3: water to make dough
4: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
5: bullet green chilli 5 (finely chopped)
6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
7: cumin seeds 1 & tsp (dry roasted and crushed)
8: coriander 1 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)
9: fresh coriander 4 tbsp
10: oil or ghee for frying
1: sieve gram flour.
2: mix wheat flour in gram flour, onion, green chilli, cumin, coriander, salt, fresh coriander mix well.
3: now add water slowly and make the dough.
4: dust the surface with wheat flour, make balls, roll in flour, use a rolling pin to fatten the dough ball.
5: heat the pan, place the rolled dough on it and cook one side, flip the paratha, add oil, ghee or butter (your choice) on both side and fry till golden, do press it while frying with a spatula.
6: serve hot with sweet tea and enjoy.
