1: gram flour 250g
2: split chickpeas 250g (soaked in warm water for 5 hours)
3: milk 5 cups
4: sugar 1 & 1/2 cup
5: ghee 2 cups
6: gum arabic 1/2 cup (gond)
7: pistachio 30 (sliced)
8: almonds 20 (sliced)
9: green cardamom powder 1 tsp
1: in a pan add chickpeas, milk and cook on low flame till the chickpeas are tender and milk dries, then grind it well.
2: in a pan add 1/2 a cup ghee and fry the gum arabic, till gets fluffy, on high flame and keep aside.(crush it for later).
3: in the same ghee add 1/2 a cup more ghee, add the gram flour and fry till gets golden for 10 minutes on medium flame, keep aside.
4: heat 1 cup ghee add the cooked and grinned chickpeas & fry for 10 minutes on medium flame.
5: now add the fried gram flour, sugar mix well and cook till no liquid is left.
6: then add green cardamom power, nuts, gum arabic mix well.
7: serve hot or warm.
NOTE: you can even cut in pieces and serve.
