For Beef Marination:
1: beef sirloin cut 2 piece (200g each)
2: garlic 1 tsp
3: mustard paste 1 tbs
4: dark soya sauce 4 tbs
5: sesame oil 2 tbs
6: oyster sauce 2 tbs
7: sugar 1 tbs
8: salt 1/2 tsp
9: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
For Gravy:
1: chicken cube 1
2: water 1 cup
3: plain flour 1tbs(heaped)
4: unsalted butter 1 tbs
5: salt 1/2ts
6: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
7: dark soya sauce 1 tbs
For Pan Frying:
1: oil 2 tbs
2: garlic 1/2 tsp (crushed)
For Serving:
1: chips
2: boiled mix veg with butter and salt (of your choice)
Marination:
1: in a bowl mix all the ingredients under marination.
2: add the beef steak mix, cover and keep for 1&1/2 hour.
3: then heat the grill pan hot add oil, garlic and fry till gets golden.
4: place the steak and cook on medium flame 5 minutes on each side (for well done steak), with a folk prick the steak this helps it to ooze the blood out and cook through, both sides & slightly put pressure while cooking.
For Gravy:
1: in a pan add all the ingredients under gravy.
2: place the pan on stove and keep whisking till gets thick and no lumps remaining, on medium flame.
3: keep aside for serving.
For Serving:
1: heat the sizzler plate on high flame for 1 minute.
2: place the steak add the gravy, fries & mix veg.
3: serve hot and enjoy.
