For Marination:
1: beef mince 1 kg
2: raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
3: cinnamon stick 2
4: black peppercorn 10
5: cloves 7
6: black cardamom 3
7: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp (heaped)
9: onion 1 large (fried)
10: salt 1 tsp
11: tandoori masala 1 tbsp
12: tikka masala 1 tbsp
13: garam masala powder 1 tsp
14: crushed red chill 2 tsp
15: tomatoes 3 large (grind)
16: yogurt 1 cup
Other Ingredients:
1: oil 3/4 cup oil
2: coal to smoke the curry
3: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp (heaped)
4: roasted gram flour 2 tsp
5: ginger 2 inch (Julian cut)
6: bullet green chilli 3 (sliced)
1: in a bowl add mince and all the ingredients mix well and keep aside for 2 hours.
2: heat oil add the marinated mince mix well and cook on high flame till the mince changes colour.
3: then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.
4: heat the coals and smoke the mince as shown in the video.
5: now add roasted gram flour, ginger, green chilli and cook on high flame for 6 to 7 minutes.
6: garnish with little ginger, green chilli.
