1: chicken wings or drumettes 25
2: plain flour 1 cup
3: red chilli powder 1 tsp
4: salt 1 tsp
5: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
6: garlic powder 1 tsp
7: paprika powder 1 tsp
8: bbq sauce 1 cup
9: honey 1/2 cup
NOTE: Soak The Wings In Water & Salt For 1 Hour.
1: in a bowl add plain flour, red chilli, salt, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder mix well.
2: now add the wings and coat it well, place them on baking paper lined on a baking tray.
3: preheat oven 425f, 240c, gas mark 9.
4: bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through or bake till the skin is crisp and golden (can take longer if the wings are big).
5: in a bowl mix bbq sauce, honey and add the baked wings coat evenly.
6: place the wings back on the baking tray and bake for further 10 minutes, till caramelised.
7: serve hot with fries and enjoy
