1: chicken mince 1 kg
2: red chilli powder 1 tsp
3: salt 1/2 tsp
4: garlic powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
6: onion powder 1 tsp
7: bbq sauce 1/3 cup
8: dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup
9: Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup (grated)
For Caramelised Onions:
1: onions 2 large (sliced)
2: oil 1 tbsp
3: salt 1/4 tsp
4: sugar 1/2 tsp
For Assembling Burger:
1: buns 7
2: lettuce
3: mayo
4: bbq sauce
5: Cheddar cheese or mozzarella slices
1: to make caramelised onions: in a frying pan heat oil add onions, salt, sugar and cook till soft and has a dark brown colour on high flame, keep steering.
2: in a bowl add chicken mince, dry bread crumbs, Cheddar cheese, bbq sauce, salt, red chilli, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper mix well, grease your hands with little oil and make round patties.
3: heat oil and fry the patties for 5 to 8 minutes both sides and do press on the patties while frying, once cooked place on paper towel.
4: warm the buns.
5: to assemble burger: spread mayo on the buns, place the Patti, cheese slice, caramelised onions, bbq sauce, lettuce, the bun top.
6: serve hot with fries and drinks.
