1: salted butter 115g (room temp)
2: caster sugar 180g
3: eggs 2 (room temp)
4: bananas 3 medium (ripe)
5: baking powder 2 tsp
6: plain flour 300g
7: nutella 5 tbsp
8: vanilla essences 1 tbsp
9: 9"inch spring form tin (greased & floured)
Preheat Oven 180c, 350f, gas mark 4.
1: in a bowl add sugar, butter & beat till gets smooth
2: add the eggs and beat till combined.
3: mash the bananas and add it in the egg mixture, add vanilla mix well.
4: now add plain flour, baking powder and mix it with a hand whisk till combined.
5: transfer the batter in the pan, top it with Nutella and make swirls with a knife.
6: bake it for 45 to 50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean (if it brownies to much on the top, cover the cake with foil).
7: serve warm with ice cream and drizzle a little melted Nutella.
