For Bread:
1: ripe bananas 3 (mashed)
2: plain flour 2 cups
3: sugar 1 cup
4: unsalted butter 110g (softened)
5: eggs 2
6: sour cream 4 tbsp
7: baking soda 1 tsp
8: salt 1 t p
9: cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
10: sugar 1 tbsp
For Filling:
1: cream cheese 250g
2: sugar 1/2 cup
3: egg 1
4: plain flour 1 tbsp
Preheat Oven 350f, 180c, gas mark 4.
1: in a bowl add sugar, butter, eggs and beat till smooth.
2: mix sour cream, baking soda.
3: now the the butter mixture add bananas, salt, plain flour, sour cream mixture and beat till combined.
4: in a separate bowl add cream cheese, sugar, egg, plain flour and beat till combined.
5: grease and flour loaf pan.
6: add the banana mixture half in the greased tin, top it with the cream cheese mixture and then the remaining banana mixture.
7: mix cinnamon powder, sugar and sprinkle it on the top.
8: bake for 50 minutes or till tested with a tooth pick comes out dry done.
9: leave to cool.
10: serve and enjoy.
