Ingerdients:
Marination:
1: chicken wings 2 kg (with skin)
2: salt 1 tsp
3: crushed black pepper 2 tsp
4: garlic paste 1tbs
Sauce:
1: brown sugar 4tbs
2: bbq sauce 4tbs
3: ketchup 4 tbs
4: paprika powder 1/2 tsp
5: garlic powder 1 tsp
6: crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
7: cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
8: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
9: salt 1 tsp
10:mustard paste 1 tsp
11:chilli sauce 1tbs
12:worcestershire sauce 4tbs
13:butter 50g
Recipe:
Marination: (preheat the oven 180c, 350f, gas mark 4)
1: marinate the wings with salt, pepper, garlic mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
2: take a baking tray with foil paper, add 1 tsp oil and grease the tray add the wings on the tray and bake for 25 minutes(may take longer if the wings are large as i have used) after 15 minutes change side and keep draining the water.
Sauce:
1: in a pan add all the sauce ingredients mix well and cook till gets a little thick on low to medium.
2: add the baked wings in the sauce on the flame and mix well.
3: serve hot garnish it with a 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
