For Filling:
1: mince 1/2 kg beef & 1/2 kg lamb
2: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
3: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
4: garlic 7 pieces (crushed)
5: coriander powder 2 tsp
6: black pepper powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
7: paprika powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp
8: tomato paste 4 tbsp
9: parsley 1 cup (chopped)
For Making Sandwich:
1: pitta naan (as many required)
2: olive oil for brushing
Preheat Oven 425f, 220c, Gas Mark 7.
1: in a bowl add all the ingredients under filling, mix very well.
2: cut the pitta naan as i did in the video.
3: fill the naan with 1 & 1/2 tbsp of filling and spread well, cover and spread a little oil on both sides.
4: place it on the baking try and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, till crisp.
5: for a pan: brush a little oil and place the filled naan, fry on both side for 5 minutes on each side, on medium to low.
6: serve hot with Hummus.
