For Tikki:
1: potatoes 250g (boiled & mashed)
2: salt 1/4 tsp
3: chaat masala 1 tsp
4: red chilli powder 1 tsp
5: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
6: garam masala powder 1 tsp
7: green chilli 2 (finely chopped)
8: onion 1 small (finely chopped)
9: fresh coriander 2 tbsp
10: eggs 3 (boiled & grated)
For Frying:
1: oil
2: egg 1 (beaten)
3: dry bread crumbs
1: in a bowl add all ingredients under tikki, mix well.
2: make small round tikkis.
3: dip them in egg, roll it in bread crumbs.
4: heat oil.
5: shallow fry on medium to high flame till gets golden on both sides.
6: serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
NOTE: The mixture can be stored in air tight container in the fridge and can use the tikki for making sandwiches.
