Ingredients:
1: potatoes 1/2 kg (boiled)
2: fresh coriander 1 bunch (chopped)
3: green chilli 8 (chopped)
4: salt 1 tsp
Recipe:
1: crush green chilli, salt well.
2: then add the fresh coriander and crush it as well, as smooth as you can.
3: roughly mash the potatoes.
4: mix the potatoes, green chutney.
5: serve with hot roti, paratha.
