1: oil 1/2 cup
2: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp
3: cinnamon stick 2 pieces
4: black cardamom 3
5: ginger 1 inch (julienne cut)
6: onions 2 medium (grind)
7: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp
8: tomatoes 3 large (sliced)
9: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
10: turmeric 1 tsp
11: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
12: cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
13: coriander powder 2 tsp
14: chicken 1 kg
15: potatoes 500g (pealed and cut in cubes)
16: cauliflower 500g (chopped)
17: dry fenugreek leaves 1 & 1/2 tbsp
18: garam masala powder 1 tsp
19: bullet green chilli 3 (sliced)
20: ginger 1 inch (julienne cut)
21: fresh coriander hand full
1: heat oil add cumin seeds, cinnamon seeds, black cardamom, ginger, onion, ginger & garlic paste mix and fry on high flame till gets golden.
2: now add tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, water 1/2 cup mix, cook on medium flame till the tomatoes reduce and oil separates.
3: add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes till the chicken changes colour, on high flame.
4: now add potatoes, cauliflower mix and cook on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
5: then add water 1 cup, mx, cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken and vegetables are cooked and oil separates.
6: add dry fenugreek leaves, garam masala powder, bullet green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves mix well.
7: serve hot with roti, naan, paratha, rice.
