1: potato 1/2 kg (boiled)
2: gram flour 1 cup (sieved & dry roasted)
3: onions 1 large (Chopped)
4: green chillies 3 (chopped)
5: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted and crushed)
6: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp
7: salt 1 tsp
8: chat masala 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp
10: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
11: oil for frying 1/3 cup
1: mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2: grease your palms slightly and medium size make tikki (not to fat).
3: heat oil and fry till golden on medium flame.
4: place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: serve hot with roti, imli chutney, mint chutney.
