1: potatoes 1 kg (boiled & mashed)
2: black pepper powder 1 tsp
3: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
4: garam masala powder 1 tsp
5: pomegranate powder 1 tsp (anardana)
6: salt 1 tsp (heaped)
7: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
1: boiled eggs 6 (cut in half)
2: bread crumbs as much required
3: eggs 3
4: salt 1/4 tsp
5: red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
6: oil for deep frying
1: in a bowl add potatoes and all the ingredients under potato mixture and mix well.
2: boil the eggs and cut in half.
3: grease your palms and take the potato mixture place it on your palm and press it so it spreads add half an egg and cover it as shown in the video.
4: beat eggs with salt, red chill powder.
5: dip the potato mixture in the egg and then roll it in the dry bread crumbs.
6: heat oil.
7: place the balls in the hot oil and fry on high flame till gets golden and crisp, place them on paper towel to remove extra oil.
8: serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
