1: Aloe Vera leave 500g
2: plain flour 1/2 kg
3: water 2 cups
4: sugar 500g
5: water 1 cup
6: ghee 1 & 1/2 cup (clarified butter)
7: green cardamom powder 1 tsp
8: desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
9: pistachio 15 (sliced)
10: almonds 12 (sliced)
1: cut the bottom on the leave and leave it for 30 minutes to 1 hour, this helps gthe bitterness to be removed and then again cut the bottom.
2: now peel the leave and remove the pulp as showen in the video.
3: now add the pulp in a blender jug and grind it to a smooth paste.
4: now add plain flour, water and blend again till gets smooth.
5: in a large pot add sugar, water and boil on low flame till the sugar dissolves.
6: now add ghee and cook on low flame for 10 minutes and add green cardamom powder mix well.
7: now add the aloe vera mixture and cook on medium flame and keep stirring, then as soon as u see it is getting thick lower the flame and cook till it leaves the sides.
8: when it gets thick cook futher for 25 minutes on low flame.
9: then add coconut, almonds, pistachio mix well.
10: serve hot, warm and can store in fridge for 10 to 15 days.
