1: khoya 200g
2: milk powder 1/2 cup
3: semolina 1/2 cup
4: sugar 100g
5: milk 1 cup
6: clarified butter 1/2 cup
7: pistachios 12 (sliced)
8: almond 12 (sliced)
9: raisin 2 tbsp
1: melt clarified butter add semolina, milk powder, sugar mix and cook on low to medium flame or till the semolina changes colour and goes golden.
2: now add khoya, milk and cook till the khoya melts, on low flame.
3: then add the nuts and raisin mix well and cook on low to medium flame till liquid dries and the mixture starts to leave the pan and chacges colour.
4: transfer the mixture in a greased tin, sprinkle a few nuts, press it down and leave it to cool completely.
5: now cut in pieces, wrap in cling film.
6: serve and enjoy.
Note: store in fridge for 1 to 2 weeks and freeze it for 2 month.
