1: chicken breast 1 kg (cut in 1 inch)
2: tomatoes 4 (sliced)
3: thick greek yogurt 1 cup
4: fresh ginger 2 inch (cut Julian)
5: bullet green chilli 5 (cut in length)
6: turmeric 1/4 tsp
7: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted and crushed)
8: red chilli powder 1 tsp
9: salt 1 tsp
10: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
11: oil 1/2 cup
12: fresh coriander handful
1: in a pan add chicken, yogurt, tomatoes, ginger & garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, salt, red chilli, water 1 cup mix well, and cook on medium flame till the chicken is cooked and water dries.
2: add fresh coriander mix.
3: in a frying pan heat oil, add green chilli, ginger and fry for a minute.
4: add this to the chicken mix and simmer for 1 minute.
5: serve hot with roti, naan or paratha.
