Ingerdients:
1: Oil 1/2 cup
2: Onions 1large sliced
3: Tomatoes 2 large chopped
4: Potatoes 6 large cubed
5: Eggs 12 scrambled
6: Green chillies 3 chopped
7: salt 1 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1tsp
9: turmeric 1/2 tsp
10: Cumin seeds 1tbsp
11: All spices 1tsp
12: Fenugreek leaves 1 1/2 tbsp
Recipe:
1: Put oil in a pan, add onions and cook till transparent. Add tomatoes and green chillies.
2: Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, fenugreek leaves mix well and cook on high flame till the oil comes to the surface.
3: Add potatoes and 1 glass of water. Cook on medium flame till the potatoes are completely cooked and water dries.
4: Add eggs and keep stirring till the eggs are completely mixed and looks like scrambled eggs. Medium flame.
5: Add green chillies and fresh coriander and all spices and mix well and serve hot.
