CHICKEN MALAI HANDI
Ingredients
1: chicken breast 1kg (cut into 2-inch pieces)
2: yogurt 1 cup
3: butter 50g
4: oil 1/2 cup
5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
6: cashew nuts 12 pieces
7: green chilli 10 to 12
8: cream 1/2 cup
9: poppy seeds 1 tbs
10: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
11: sesame seeds 2 tbs
12: salt 1 tsp
13: white pepper powder 1/2 tsp
14: Bullet green chilli 4 (sliced from the middle)
15: fresh coriander 1/2 cup
Instructions
CHICKEN MALAI HANDI
1: grind cashew nuts, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and green chili to a paste.
2: marinate the chicken with, the ground paste, yogurt, cream, black pepper, white pepper, salt, ginger & garlic mix well cover, and keep in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes.3: heat oil and butter add the chicken with the marination mix and wait for a boil, cover and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.4: now add the coriander and green chili mix.5: Served hot with naan.
