1: chickpeas 2 cup (boiled) or canned
2: black chickpeas 2 cup (boiled) or canned
3: red kidney beans 2 cup (boiled) or canned
4: onions 1 large (finely chopped)
5: tomatoes 1 large (deseeded and chopped)
6: green chilli 3 (chopped)
7: salt 1 tsp
8: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
9: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
10: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted and crushed)
11: coriander seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted and crushed)
12: chat masala powder 1 tsp
13: lemon juice 6 tbsp
14: fresh coriander 2 tbsp
15: yogurt 2 tbsp
16: sweet imli chutney 4 tbsp
17: oil 2 tbsp
1: heat oil add onions and cook till gets soft, on high flame.
2: then add salt, crushed red chilli, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chat masala, lemon juice, mix it and then add the chickpeas, kidney beans, black chickpeas, tomatoes, green chilli mix well, and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
3: once cooled cool it, garnish it with yogurt, imli chutney, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander, and sprinkle chaat masala powder.
4: serve cold or warm and enjoy.
